In times of war there’s no such thing as other people’s children. Children of war! Despite their age, they already know what shelling and explosions are. Fear and despair come into their eyes. It’s a blessing if they have their mothers around. Recently, thanks to our fund, more than a hundred women with their kids has be en moved from Pokrovsk, Donetsk region, to Ternopil. During a week these kids and their mo ms had been liv ing and recove ring from their tragic experience in a kindergarten in Velykyi Viknyny.

And with the help of #liftUKRAINE, 34 persons have successfully arrived in Germany just the other day, where they were warml y accepted in local families as one of their own. Another 70 women and children remain in the Ternopil region, where our fund provides them with everything they need.
